Takataka Ni Mali is not responsible for any content displayed on these pages and it is the sole responsibility of the Member to maintain their profile correctly.

Specific Business Information requested and supplied by Customers or Registered Members of Takataka Ni Mali is transferred only between the requesting and supplying parties and is not visible or accessible to any other Customer or Registered Member of Takataka Ni Mali. This arises, usually, but is not limited to, during the course of tenders, requests for information, proposals and quotations. Takataka Ni Mali may use submitted information in the preparation of high level statistical reporting as part of the service to members or for internal purposes. Such reporting contains only anonymous, aggregated data forms so as not to identify your company or relate any specific data to it.

Registered Supplier Members will have the opportunity to secure more business and Registered Buyer Members will have the opportunity to access validated quality suppliers. Members can opt out of inclusion in any other platform without affecting their Takataka Ni Mali Member status. Use of other platforms provided by Takataka Ni Mali is governed by the Terms and Conditions of Website Usage of each platform. Takataka Ni Mali will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so. We may use your personal information to send you promotional information about third parties which we think you may find interesting if you tell us that you wish this to happen.

Right of Access
